Your Real Estate Agent should contact The Select Group for the Association Disclosure Packet and Resale Package.  One of the items contained in this package is a listing of any outstanding LCHA architecture violations for the property.  It also contains all Association information you should be aware of, like budgets and regulations. For lake front properties it will also contain an easement agreement (see section 7.5 of the AC guidelines).

Assessments are due in full before 31 January, or as indicated on the assessment invoice homeowners receive in their postal mail.  There are several ways to pay:

Mail a Check.  Use the assessment invoice you will receive in the mail.  Tear off the remittance slip and mail it along with your payment to Lake Christopher Homes Association, P.O. Box 98165, Phoenix, AZ 85038-0165..

Pay online. You may pay your assessment at the Property Pay website by clicking on "Pay Assessment" below. You will need Select’s management ID number #4555, the Lake Christopher Community ID #0081, and your account number.

Please note that applicable fees charged by the bank will be charged to homeowners using this feature paying by credit/debit cards in the amount of 2.95% of the transaction amount. There is also a charge for one-time ACH payments). 

Also note that while the PropertyPay website may offer partial-payment options, the assessment is required to be paid in full no later than January 31

ACH (direct debit).  Set up an annual recurring payment.  The form is available by clicking on "Pay Assessment" below, and your account number is on the annual statement you received.

Through your Bank's Bill Pay.  Information needed by your bank is available by clicking on "Pay Assessment" below, and your account number is on the annual statement you received.
