Board Members and Committee Chairs

The 9 member LCHA Board of Directors consists of 4 officers and 5 members-at-large. In addition to serving as board members, these volunteers also maintain the common areas, the lake, organize activities for holidays, monitor the parks, maintain fiscal responsibility, and many other items that come up during their 3 year term. Each is expected to attend a monthly meeting to carry out their responsibilities.

While many board members chair committees, there are also committee chairs who are not board members. These non-voting committee chairs report to the board and are listed below. Residents are encouraged to contact a board member or committee chair if they have a question, want to join a committee or otherwise get involved.
