2025 INFORMATION & REGISTRATION

We are excited to announce our second annual Paddle Pedal Run at Lake Christopher.  This anniversary activity is a cross between a 5K Fun Run and a mini tri-athlon of sorts.  It is family friendly with light hearted competition.

We welcome individual, or group (relay style) participation.

We want to emphasize the "Fun Run" aspect of the event, and encourage all participants to be as creative as they want with any themed apparel (Hawaiian shirts, tutus, crowns, whatever you can perform safely in while adding a bit of humor and fun!)

• Registration: Click on the Registration sign above.  Assemble your team (if planning to enter as a group) and start training!  Don't forget to recruit support person(s) to help you in the transition areas.
• When: June 7th, 2025 (Rain Date June 14th)
• Where: Starting at Christopher Narrows, 1744 Lake Christopher Drive, and ending at Christopher Landing, 1536 Lake Christopher Drive.
• Start time: 9:00am

Participation is free, but everybody must register.

Non-residents can participate.  However, as use of the parks and lake is for residents and their accompanied guests only, non-resident participants must have a resident sponsor. The registration form will have a space for this.

THE RACE COURSE - Ready, Set, GO!

PADDLE from the dock at Christopher Narrows to the beach at Christopher Landing on your paddleboard, kayak or any human powered water craft of your choosing

• PADDLE distance approx. 680 yards (.4 statute miles)
• PADDLE participants must be 12 and up
• You must provide your own paddleboard, kayak etc.
• Personal floatation device required
• Parking is limited at the Narrows, please plan accordingly. 

Paddle to Pedal Transition Area: Christopher Landing sandy beach,

PEDAL your human powered wheeled apparatus 3 times around the lake on Lake Christopher Drive (returning to the parking lot at Christopher Landing)

• PEDAL distance approx. 4.1 statute miles.
• You must provide your own human powered wheeled apparatus
• Helmet required
• Roads will not be closed, please exercise safety!

RUN once around the lake on Lake Christopher Drive, ending at the finish line at the Christopher Landing entrance gate.

• RUN distance approx. 1.4 statute miles.
• Remember, event signs will be in place, but roads will not be closed, please exercise safety!
